Nurse Wellness Collective in Dayton TN is wonderful! All staff are trained medical professionals, they listen to my needs and concerns and take great care of me. I have had a horrible headache for 3 weeks with no relief (Tylenol, Ibuprofen, chiropractor, etc). NWC gave me the Working Man shot. The next day my headache, shoulder and neck tightness, everything was gone!
