I was sent here by my PCP for a B12 shot. McKenna was super friendly and informative. She suggested I book a consultation appt. with Emily Hughes. Emily was super friendly, and listened, and didnt judge. Blood work confirm what we both thought was happening, so I went back for a treatment plan. Emily was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs in her treatment plan. I am looking forward to feeling better, and I believe that with her help I'll get there.

A great group of people! Everyone is welcoming and supportive. This is my 2nd time utilizing their weight loss services. A little over a year ago, i visited them for about 3 months and dropped from a 22 to a 14. Since then, I have only gained 1 size back over the course of the year- but i want to be a 10. So, back to visit the nurses at the collective for a little metabolism push and get rid of this stubborn weight. For my plan it comes down to less than $9 a day… aren’t worth more than that! Go visit them and see what they can do for you. They have many more services than just weight management services, so go check them out!
