I have been going to The Nurse Wellness Collective in Dayton, TN for over a year now for weight loss I started with Phentermine pills and vitamin B shots along with lipo plus shots as my weight loss started to level out and I stop losing, We tried some more options until we found the the right medication so I could reach my goal safely. Since then I have had a awesome facial that was so relaxing left my face glowing. I tried there shot bar for vitamin boost, to help with stress, fatigue, cold and flu, winter blues. My husband has benefited from shots for arthritis pain and vitamin booster. He is now looking into the testosterone replacement. It is awesome to have a place here in Dayton to get professional medical alternatives and extras for men and women to feel good inside an out. I went to see Emily Hughes in Dayton for a consultation about their hormonal wellness package. She was so helpful. She explained the program clearly and answered all of my questions. Labs were done that day and I had a follow up appointment a couple of weeks later to discuss the results. Emily explained what I needed and my feeling better journey began. Had to make a last minute appointment for IV fluids after being sick for a week. The place is SUPER CUTE, very clean and was impressed with the service. They got me in quickly and I was able to be in a reclining chair during the infusion and almost fell asleep. The nurse dimmed the lights for me and it was a very relaxing experience. Would 100% recommend if you’re not feeling well after a stomach bug, sickness or just feel dehydrated. I was well taken care of! Thank you so much for having this in Dayton - it was a God-send!
