So thankful for this office and all the opportunities they have for their patients. They are so kind and helpful. No sketchy feeling, like I’ve gotten from other weight loss clinics. Very professional! They offer B12 shots up to 5,000… when you are low it’s extremely helpful to be able to get the care you need!

Great experience! I’m a hard stick and was dehydrated to boot. Got me on the first stick and it helped me so much! Highly recommend for recovery and recharging. Bonus, no ER visit for fluids and vitamin/minerals.

I’ve heard so many great things about Nurse Wellness so I decided to try it for myself. I talked with Nurse Emily about my weight loss goals and she listened, asked questions and came up with a plan. So this post is simply a first impression. Good vibes so far :-) The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The office is clean and neat and even a little cozy. I stopped by the office for a consult and received a bag of fluids for hydration. I had some blood work done to determine my baseline status; waiting on the results to determine what supplements I should consider.

I got the fat shot to help curb my appetite. It’s helped so much. My nurse, Mindy, gave me the shot. I didn’t feel a thing. I definitely recommend her! All the people there are amazing.

Nurse Wellness Collective in Dayton TN is wonderful! All staff are trained medical professionals, they listen to my needs and concerns and take great care of me. I have had a horrible headache for 3 weeks with no relief (Tylenol, Ibuprofen, chiropractor, etc). NWC gave me the Working Man shot. The next day my headache, shoulder and neck tightness, everything was gone!
